As solid wood is a natural material, variations in wood grain, colour tone, texture, and minor natural marks are normal and are not considered defects.

  • Custom designs or configurations

Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded, or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for confirming all details (size, colour, design) before order confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins. Orders will only be processed after payment is successfully received.

XZ WOODMART reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

5. Production Lead Time

Estimated production lead time will be communicated during order confirmation.

Lead time is an estimate and may vary due to material availability, production schedule, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed if delays occur.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery or self-collection arrangements will be confirmed before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. XZ WOODMART shall not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

7. Product Usage & Care

XZ WOODMART products are intended for normal indoor use unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Exposure to excessive moisture or water

  • Incorrect handling or maintenance

8. Limitation of Liability

XZ WOODMART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
